ValueX produces a directional valuation range by applying an EBITDA multiple to the figures you enter and adjusting it for growth, client concentration, recurring revenue, owner dependence, industry, and state tax load. It is an informational estimate only.

Nothing in ValueX — including the valuation range, tax estimate, peer benchmark, or PDF report — is a formal business appraisal, fairness opinion, accounting or tax advice, legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell a business or securities.

Do not rely on the output for a transaction, tax filing, or financing decision without engaging a qualified advisor. Talk to us and we will scope real work.
