Privacy Policy

Information you provide. Your answers to the valuation questions (revenue range, margin, growth, client concentration, recurring revenue, owner dependence, industry, state), and the contact details you enter on the lead form: name, business name, email, phone, and an optional stock ticker.

Information we generate. Your estimated EBITDA, valuation range, tax estimate, and peer benchmark results.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, financial account numbers, tax IDs, health data, or other sensitive personal information through this tool.

We use your submission to generate your valuation range and report, to email you a copy of your summary, and to follow up about advisory, exit-planning, and M&A services if your inputs suggest we can help.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

A copy of your results is stored in your own browser (local storage) so you can return to them. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Your submission is sent to HFS and a copy of your summary email is delivered through our email service provider. If you enter a stock ticker, we query the public U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR API for that company’s filings — the SEC receives the ticker request only, never your contact details.

This app is hosted on Lovable’s platform, which provides the hosting and server infrastructure. HFS is responsible for how the app handles your data; Lovable is responsible for the underlying platform.

We keep lead submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete or correct your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Solutions@hazfs.com. We will confirm once your request is handled.

ValueX does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The only browser storage we rely on is the local copy of your own results described above.

Valuation ranges, tax figures, and peer comparisons are directional estimates generated from the inputs you provide and publicly available market data. They are not appraisals, tax advice, or investment advice.
